This poor guy if you read his ideas http://politics.freesitenow.com/basilmarceauxforgovernor/ and really think about it (and you're going to have to, to understand it) you will see his thought process is sound, however; he would do well to find a speech coach and writer. Maybe i'm wrong becasue I'm hoping he's not as ignorant as he sounds and I'm not reading more into what he's saying.
